yes i feel like im being pushed away.
Have you ever expect texts and calls, end up you get nothing? Recheck and recheck ur phone again, but all u see was a picture of u and ur partner, time and date. This feeling sucks. Why am i doing this to myself? Why isnt it easy for me to just go away, enjoy my life, do things that he doesnt like, and just be happy? Without worrying whatever i do hurts anyone. One small mistake i make, might lead to a big disaster. Should i care? Or just leave everything aside, be care free? Im so tired of sacrificing for nothing. Is not that i get what i want too right? Athletics is part of my life since standard 3. Basically its already 7 years. And now I've stopped training for 2 months plus ? due to my awful injury. I really hope it recovers. All my dreams will be shattered if it doesnt recover. :( the chance for me to hurdle again ? i dont know. I can't even finish a full training. I'm having this injury for 2 months plus, and instead of getting better, it got worse, and I really dont know what to do. I don't know how to explain this kind of feeling. It's really frustrating, is like you're not studying for 2 months . Is like 2 months without your boyfriend. I dont know where to hide my sadness and angers now. I've never had this feeling before, it pisses me off. I somehow felt so jealous of people with healthy backs, some of them played real crazy and my heart will just say. " please take care of your back, dont be like me ". and the training ones will be " train hard when you have the chance to"and now i dont have the chance. I may look like im fine. But im not. So please take care of your back.

I really miss training. I miss being tired, I miss doing pyramid, I miss doing diagonal.

I really miss training. FYI, I'm resting for 2 weeks due to my muscle tear. And some thought that it was a light injury and called me play for inter -house ? Wtf. Imagine how i feel la okay. I've not been to the dentist since my second appointment, which was 2 months ago, argh. Now I'm still stucked with my blue braces. And i want neon yellow next :B

Mssd, Msss, Mssm, Malacca Open, Little Athletics, Selangor Open, Sukses. Have you ever thought how many race you ran before ? i do ! i counted my medals since i was standard 4, When I first stepped into the Athletics world. And i have 60 plus medals. This freaks me out seriously. I've actually stepped on the track so many time. :x the one's below standard 3 were on grass. So yeah, not counted.

Well, i think im starting to crap. Everyone's basically in training now. pfht. I'm heading to Bukit Jalil later with Arvin, Bong and Kahlin to ke po the Mini Olympics. :D

HEAVY rain failed to dampen the spirit of the athletes on the final day of the Selangor Schools Sports Council (MSSS) athletics championships at the Petaling Jaya Stadium in Kelana Jaya recently.

After the 90-minute downpour, the technical officials as well as the volunteers got together and the meet resumed. MSSS athletics co-ordinator Noor Azli Abdul Rahman said the rain had disrupted the programme for the day.

“However, we have to commend the technical officials and the hosts — the Petaling Utama District Education Department — for making the championships a success. The district’s sports co-ordinator, Abdul Rahman Hamzah, should be commended for the good work,” Noor Azli said.

At the end of the four-day championships, Petaling Utama emerged as the overall champions with 43 gold, 22 silver and 14 bronze medals, while Klang were adistant second (22-25-22), followed by Gombak (19-17-26).

First to cross the line: Hulu Langat’s Irsyad Ab Rais (in purple) crossing the finishing line ahead of his rivals in the Boys Class One 200m.

Hulu Selangor chief coach R. Mohanraja said the championships was an exciting meet and all the 10 districts were well prepared.

“The participants in the Under-15 age group have shown tremendous progress. In fact, most of the new records came in the Under-15 age group,” Mohanraja noted.

Hulu Selangor won nine gold, 10 silver and seven bronze medals. Irfan Asyraf Mohd Rahimi was named the best athlete in the boys’ Class Four for winning the gold medals in the 100m and 200m.

Mohanraja said their impressive outing was the result of a six-day centralised training programme.

“We had all the athletes together and we managed to correct their techniques. After a long time, we have won nine gold medals. Now we have to continue the training programme as the athletes are talented,” said Mohanraja.

Muhammad Yaakub, taking part in Class Three, showed his potential when he won the 100m, 200m and 400m gold medals with new records. Leong also won three gold medals (400m, 200m hurdles and 100m hurdles) setting records in the 200m hurdles and 100m hurdles in the process.

Selangor Education Department Sports Unit head Mohamed Latifi Abu Bakar said they were happy with the athletes’ performance.

“We have identified the athletes to represent Selangor in the Malaysian Schools Sports Council (MSSM) championships in May,” he said.
